The HPI Pre-Development Fund is available to assist non-profit organizations developing affordable housing by financing the pre-development costs and professional fees that need to be completed before permanent construction loans can be approved.
This fund was created by a partnership of the Housing Partnership, Annie E. Casey Foundation, Metro United Way and the Brown Foundation
To apply for a loan through the HPI Pre-Development Fund send a letter of request to:

• Financial summary (sources and uses)
• Timetable for project
