How to Enroll

There are two ways to start the path to home ownership
through The Housing Partnership.

1)  Attend an Orientation Session

The best way to enroll in the Home Ownership Program is to attend an orientation session in our office. This informative thirty minute introductory session will start you on the road to owning the home you have always wanted. Orientation Schedule:    Mondays (except holidays) 5:30 p.m. Wednesdays 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Please bring two forms of proof of your income (pay stubs, letter from disability agency, etc.). Membership fees are determined using a sliding scale based on household income. Scholarships or financial assistance may be available. Upon completion of the program your membership is good for life. You can print the application and complete it at home or complete a copy when you arrive. Application - Adobe Acrobat Reader is needed to view this form. You can download the Reader here. Our office is located at: 333 Guthrie Green, Suite 404 Louisville, KY 40202 This is in the Speed Building, entrance A, at the corner of 4th Street and Guthrie. 2)  Attend a Saturday Education Session

And finally, you may get started with the home ownership program by checking the events calendar on this web site for Saturday education sessions. Seating is limited.   You MUST call for a reservation for these seminars.  Check the Events Calendar for available dates.
