HPI offers a variety of loans to serve different needs.  The loan amount will depend on your income and other obligations.  The down payment could be a little as zero and, in some cases, you may qualify for a down payment assistance grant.

Even if you have been turned down before, HPI's home ownership programs can help you get that final approval.  The Home Mortgage Loan department works with various local banks to assure that you get the mortgage that works with your income, your lifestyle and your future.
