The Housing Partnership, Inc. is not just about "bricks and mortar" and the building of homes, but also about the building of new or renewed neighborhoods and improved quality of life. Improved for the new homeowners, the existing members of the community and the community at large. Neighborhoods where families can live close to employment opportunities, schools, recreation facilities, public transportation and work together to build security and stability in their community.
All development efforts sponsored by the Housing Partnership require the involvement of the residents. Therefore we assist in the development of a Neighborhood Association that will eventually be run strictly by the residents.
Over the past eleven years, the Housing Partnership has developed more than twenty developments with over 1000 new home sites.
If you have property to be developed or are interested in more information regarding the Housing Partnership's Site Development role in the Metro Louisville area, call 814-2728 or email here.
